Able to use my hand alot more now. Id say usage is about 60-70%. Certain angles and motions still hurt like a MFer but im happy that i can do almost of daily routine with it. Might try to do some back squats tonight. Might have to train high bar instead of low bar so i can keep pressure off it. Or might just hit some front squats again. Had a fat week like i usually always do after a meet, and finished that up. Weight only jumped up to 173 which is good, so the cut back down to 65 should be a breeze. 14 days out. Hope training is going good for everyone!! Kill it!!
