Use 4: 1.5 scoops intraworkout on Squat + accessory day

Mixibility: 10
A full shaker of water plus 1.5 scoops continues to mix perfectly. I typically shake the bejesus out of it and then let it sit for a few minutes before sipping. Within those few minutes there's ok granules or foam and no need to reshape intra workout.

Taste: 8.5
A full shaker of water provides a nice balance of flavor and sipability. Although I will say during my workout I'm a water chugger lol so I have to force myself to slow down when drinking aminOD so that I can reap the intra workout benefits. A little more tart than usual today but still refreshing. Kinda disappointed I haven't tasted the strawberry flavoring much thus far.

Recovery: 9
Didn't take any yesterday as it was a rest/deep tissue massage day but I woke up feeling good with no DOMS. Intra set recovery in squats was great - kept it to no more than 3 minutes between sets and aminOD helped me power through BullDozer accessory with minimal lactic acid burn.
