Planning to turn up for taekwondo workouts today evening. If the hip holds up, I will complete the entire 2 hours which will push the total just over 1000. If not, well, hard luck - better stop early enough for hip health.
Just take care of that hip. If it is happening in regular course, it's okay ... no need to push hard and invite some kind of injury ... keep up the good work brother ...
