So here's a question... If I am doing a routine like this:
Mon-Squats, Tues-Pull, Wed-Squats,Thurs-Push,Fri-Squats
And I want to work in something like the 12 week dealift thing above... would it be a good idea to make it part of my pull day or should I replace my monday squats with monday deads???
