Believe a test booster and creatine blend will provide a recovery edge necessary to step up my level of performance.
Currently just running a volume phase to set up for the next progressive loading training.
Train 3-4 days a week depending on work week and recovery status.
Hungry to start training heavy again everything looks good for next month.
Keep missing these windows of opportunity thus why I'm expressing my interest after the fact.
