Felt like poop from being sick. Plus those front squats DESTROYED my core. A day off should do me well. Appetite still not back, I eat as much as I can though.
Strong working for being not 100% fit fen ... A day's rest will definitely do good if you have not recovered 100% from your last workout(s) ... Eat big, lift big and stay strong ...
