Have you given any thought to the possibility of rotating exercises every other workout? Perhaps DB bench presses and dips, or something like that? This isn't something you have to do, but I thought I would bring it up.
definitely. maybe i'll go like three workouts dips, three workouts db press or something like that. I like dips though and i'm interested to see how i'll do with them.
