Failed today. Kept track of my calories up to my PWO shake. This included breakfast, lunch, snack and PWO shake. At that point I was a little over 1,000 calories.
I then met with some friends for dinner, drank many beers, ate appetizers, ate dinner and got food on the way home. I was doing very good, but today, i failed. Life is depressing sometimes. I am fat, I fail at my diet, I am weak and can't squat and deadlift, and my family is gone. I miss being a family man. I share the hard times, so that maybe you can share my joy in the good times. I will not stop. I will continue on my diet. I want this. I want to drop fat. I want to look good. I want to feel good.
