With minimal interruptions and wait for equip Deadlift/Press Day takes around 2.5 hours and Bench/Row Day closer to 3 hours. Usually, there is a 20 minute wait period since the gym I go to is very crowded (10$ish/mo) and has 2 racks/3 bench. That's also why sometimes I skip curls/abs sometimes.
