I had an hour of taekwondo and a 30 min jog last evening, so I was curious to see how the lifting would work out in the morning. Felt stronger as the session went by.

It was a bit crowded today - with the semester starting, and all the new year resolutions. A girl wanted to work in for squats and asked me to spot. Gotta say dat a$$ ... was friggin awesome.
