Cardio Day 4: 11th Jan 2014

Relatively light cardio session today. I will rest up on Sunday and re-start taekwondo from Monday - which I am going to count as cardio, given the fast pace of the sessions. Next lifting day will be Tuesday.
Have you seen January 1000 min. cardio challenge ... You are doing cardio consistently ... Please check if you have done it already.
