Cardio Day 4: 11th Jan 2014

Stationary bike
7 miles in 30 minutes

Relatively light cardio session today. I will rest up on Sunday and re-start taekwondo from Monday - which I am going to count as cardio, given the fast pace of the sessions. Next lifting day will be Tuesday.

Had a lot of food for lunch - good food. Big servings of lamb and chicken tikka, with some paneer, naan, salad and chicken biryani. But a lot more of the meat than rice, bread or the salad. Felt good.
