Killing underway. Some short sessions this week, gym closings due to weather and the new years rush have made things a little tricky

330 x 1 - left arm is bad. Dropping heavy work until I get form sorted for grip width

Bench - first time in months that there has been no elbow or shoulder pain while benching. moved my grip in a finger width or two, slower while lowering the bar, tucking elbows more
