I love this article.
I can admit that going from a power lifter to body builder was a hard transition for me.
And then to work so hard losing to bdy ft for those shows, bulk up some what and then again diet down for another show. In hind site, I truly wish I would've just stayed in that ''semi diet'' stage all along.
