Haven't been able to train much due to work, I can only get to the gym twice a week so have been doing an upper/Lower split focusing on power,.
After next week I'm able to get back in regularly so looking for a routine to start, I'm liking the look of the bulldozer style but haven't decided yet.
Il start updating my log again though when I do, I know it will help keep me motivated.
