Just signed up for the forums here. I have been here a time or two looking around and figured I would get more involved and start posting away. I belong to a few other BB websites so what's another one to keep up on right? haha
I been training off and on for the last several years but never was serious until last year when I got more involved with my diet and training. Been hitting it pretty good for about 6 months solid but looking to take a little different approach and see what I can accomplish. I'm sure there will be a few familiar faces from the other sites and some may recognize me as well so here I am.
