Hello forum! This will be where I keep all of my training logs located for now. Basically, I am doing this just to show people how much can change when you start out as being a new lifter that never touched a barbell and get on a protocol with proper nutition and all. For the last 3 months I have been doing ICF 5x5 and have really just been eating around 3300cal a day which was well over what I should have been. I am currently eating at 2500cal a day (My maintenance level is 2700 calories roughly as I ate at that level for about a month and gained no additional weight nor did I lose weight) as I want to lose some of my fat since it does bother me at this point, and I would like to be able to see the gains I make. So I guess you can consider this a 3 month old lifters log.
