Pretty sure this would be an epic fail if I decided to log it at all. :/
First of all, my 1RM for each lift is sorta "floating", ever-changing, whatever. And I probably don't do enough reps - per week - with any given four lifts (plus, I don't ever log warmup sets, and can't be bothered doing so).
If I *did* do this, it would be bench, bb row and squat (all 2x a week for medium reps kinda thing) and deadlifts I guess (1x a week... for low reps).
Here's a recent workout broken down for these purposes:
130kg (286.6lbs) x 6,4,2 (12 reps @ ~83% = 48 points)
82.5kg (181.9lbs) x 10,10,8 (28 reps @ ~75% = 56 points)
100kg (220.5lbs) x 15,15,15 (45 reps @ 60-something percent [I think] = 45 points)
Total: 149 points.
Hm... that was a pretty decent session, so I could maybe rely on ~130 points(?) x 2, and a LOT less x 1, per week. Not even a total of 300 a week, I would say.
Meh. As I thought...
edit: I would possibly get just over a thousand. 1100? At a guess...
