Day 1 - Deads and Uprights

3 hour deadlift session done. 400 total reps, alternating between floor pulls and upright rows.

-- Deadlifts 365 x 150 reps
-- Upright Rows 135 x 250 reps

It's safe to say my conditioning level is way up. I wasn't winded at all during this session. Time for pizza then cardio.
