NOTES

Today was simple some shoulders and arms, more arms than shoulders. Nothing outstanding to note. Life returns to a more normal tone on Monday.

Purus Labs
Confirmed that my system cannot handle two scoops of Condense. Not a bad thing, it just is. Bowels aside, I still like the focus and pump I get with this product. If you like an extended pumped feeling, especially after arm day, this product is for you.
