KB Swings 5x35x25
Went skiing with the family yesterday for the first time this season, so the quads and calves were a little sore. I was able to take my time between sets, though, and in the end I don't think it affected me that much. 260x8 tied my rep best at that weight, so I maybe could have gotten a 9th rep, but skiing was fun and I'm happy. The Simple and Sinister KB program actually calls for higher weights working up to 10x10 but I only own a single 35lb KB, so for now will use higher reps and fewer sets. The TGU's were interrupted by my daughter acting out, so I had to take a bit of a break to lock her in a closet, but eventually I got them done. Still working on form for these but will plan to up the weight next session.
