New here, and I thought I'd start a log for accountability. I'm 48 and currently about 160lb at 5'8". I started lifting a couple a years ago - starting strength for a while, then the 531 for Beginner's template. Eventually, I split this into upper and lower days mostly to keep my sessions short. I train alone (except when my 4 year old daughter comes down to keep me company) in my basement. I've incorporated Incline Bench and Front Squat as main lifts over time. It only vaguely resembles 531 at this point but seems to be a good fit for me. Any feedback or comments are welcome. Thanks for reading.
