Still have strength to get back but was pleased with the press today. Shoulders felt better this week.

Pallof Press x 0....totally forgot to do these!

Treadmill Hill Sprints
8mph x 20 seconds x 6 @ 12.5% incline. couldnt do 8 like usual today. Havent done them in a while so was a little rusty.
