Got in a bit more of a groove with deadlifts this week, and back was fine after hurting a bit last week. But 220 still felt mysteriously heavy.

I was fairly spent after the deadlifts and didn't do any back last session, so went for something easy.

Fat Gripz pull ups

I hadn't tried these for a long time. They don't get any easier, but I enjoyed them. My forearms were pumped up like balloons by the end.
