Maybe I'm just ignorant, but isn't somatotyping just a huge pile of bullshit? I mean, we could say I used to be an ectomorph, but after actually putting on some muscle over the past few years, I resemble more of a mesomorph. I don't think anyone is "meant" to be big and strong(I'm talking bigger than your average Joe) as so many seem to think. For instance, the ectomorph idea and "hardgainer". Seriously, anyone who has ever lifted a weight is a hardgainer.
Maybe I'm way off, and have no idea what I'm talking about. If so, correct me.
