Been busting my ass on my cardio, diet has been spot on and my last few workouts I've been pumped beyond belief! Def leaning out, been feeling full and I've been focusing on the gold. I just couldn't get my ass up to work out before work the last 2 days but I have been able to get 30 minutes of cardio in, so today and Thursday is going to be a lot of work to get a whole weeks worth in.
