Round 4, Week 1, Day 4, Squats 1+

Sleep is all out of wack this week. Been lucky to get 3-4 hours at a time. Work Schedule screwing things up. Worked with only 2-3 hours tonight, but had to get my Squats in. Tied a PR still.. So all wasn't lost. I was Aiming for 4 reps, but failed. had to dump the weight while in the whole. Haven't had to do that in well over a year.
