I get so confused
I'll admit it. I get so confused. The more I read the less I feel like I know. I see people saying bodybuilders are weak, then I see the numbers they put up and they are strong. I see people smacking talking isolation exercises, yet some grow with and without them. I see one post that advocates mind muscle connection, and one brute strength. Train less then one hour, train more then one hour, train using a split, don't train with a split.
Right now I feel totally confused.
