These higher rep rows are torture to lower back in a good way. I am wearing a belt but still get a crazy back pump

100 x12 x3+3 reps(1 each set)
Bw 242 chest dips
15 /15/15+3 last set and 4 lbs heavier.
Wore work boots(steel toes) and blue jeans today. And also been up all night. At the heaviest bw right now.
Kneeling cable crunch
125 x 35/25 burnt out
Done in 70 minutes.
Rest times are easing up some. May just go ahead and set it to 3 minutes for squat and 2,minute for upper body.
Keep curls and dips short. Those are with 30 seconds rest
