Once I got off work I was debating whether I wanted to hit the gym or not, cause I just wasnt really motivated. Told myself to just go in and get it over with and ended up having a good workout.

I know most powerlifters say if you bring up your GM's you bring up your squat. But, I think my low back isnt necessarily my weakness in the squat. I seem to be able to keep my back arched and not crumble forward, it feels like I'm lacking leg drive.. Think I'll switch back to Leg Presses and work on building some size in my legs..
