Whatever it is, it will pass. That's as close to wisdom or good advice as I'm likely to offer. But it's true.
I don't mean that it's nothing - I know it isn't. Or that it'll be easy to get through - it probably won't be.
Even so. The future is bright. Believe it. Make it so.
And like ED said - Iron helps. I also agree with Henry Rollins:
