Felt very strong with DL and Rows, so I went up a few pounds and reps for each. My back has some catching up to the rest of my body, but I'm seeing good progress.
The Power Lifting shoes came in today so I worked out with them. They actually fit, which was a surprise. My left foot is a 12 and my right is a 10 and 1/2, so I have to get lucky, especially when I order them online.
