Thanks fellas. Been eating like a champ lately, which has been really nice. And believe it or not, I've been getting plenty of rest lately. Even with finals going on!
I needed an ego boost and a benchmark for my deadlift as I get serious going into the new year and real meet prep.

Lat Pulldowns: 125x10, 150x8
I could've had 575 in me if I hadn't had to move a couple hundred boxes of books today, but excuses are like armpits. Everyone has them, and they all stink.
