Good day, pulls feel awesome. Most of the work up sets were double pause deads as the bar was leaving the ground whilst I was setting up. Tried to stay strict with the 2ct. but pulled a few early.
Press needs some serious work.
SLDL's again feel great, I feel like there's plenty to come in the next few months for my deadlift.
