I just read some of the casey butt routine that GL posted and it looks great also. This is a very detailed program for a beginner to follow, if you do everything that he says you will do great things. You seem like the kind of person that will constantly be looking for change, so this program could be good for you. Just make sure you stick with it and stay consistent.
