Coop your program has some good ideas in it but the reg park routine is simple and proven effective. I think you should stick to it as is for a while and then you can decide to tweak it a bit. I guarantee if you give this routine a shot you will get good results. Reg park was a monster and I think you should stick to a basic plan for a while and by a while I mean 6 months or so. Get a good base to grow from.
