Ended up drinking with a friend last night so, felt like shit.. But, tried to make some progress anyways...
Incline DB Press
3x8 x 35lb DB's (+5lbs from last week)
Laying DB Tricep Ext.
3 sets of 6,6,3 x 20's (+5-10lbs from last week, 20's were a little too heavy)
