Something weird happened and I tried to straight leg Deadlift all but the first rep of 80kg. Not sure what my brain is telling my body to do.
Since I was short on time, I just did weighted Hyperextensions
4 x 10 x 5kg
Then I had an appointment to get my body composition tested. On the plus side, my body fat is at 19.2%. On the negative side, I sleeker weighed in at over 64kg. I'm blaming clothes and gym related water image for that.
