NOTES
Mind was distracted today, but I tried to fight it off and focus on the task at hand.
Squats - Speed definately slowed down by about the 5th or 6th set. Felt good though.

Pause Squats - tougher than I expected, but again, it felt good.

Overall, my legs got some work in and I am pleased to get a session in with minimal interruptions.
