Dude, you aren't letting anyone down. It's easy to get down on yourself sometimes about lifting. It seems as if the PR's only last a minute, but the shitty workouts can stick with you for weeks or more. Just like progress takes time, to properly gauge it, you have to look at the big picture of what you have accomplished so far in lifting. You just killed it at your first meet, which is further than most ever get. You competed on the same platform with world class lifters, while BTB had your back. Don't let the scale bother you, as long as you keep your diet in check and your training heavy, you will be fine. Stay the course bro, you got this. Good training.
