Deadlift - 270, 325, 380, 435x5
- Barely pulled 435, the video makes it look easier but I ended up hitting the ground after the lift. I fell before I started lifting in the gym trying to pick up the shit people won't put up. Didn't really hurt but made ankle off a little.

Fancied my curiosity to see if I just had a heavy day Monday, I don't usually get on the scale more than once a week but I was at 329.2.
So I gained 4 pounds in a week, and then 2 pounds in 2 days. Cutting calories, was doing cardio and pushing myself hard in the gym to the point I can't see straight. I feel like I'm letting myself down, I'm letting BTB down and I'm letting you guys down.
