I should probably also mention, I'm going to do a comp thingy this weekend. It involves; yoke walk, farmer's carry, tyre flips and Swiss bar press. It seemed like a good idea at the time, now I'm getting nervous! Having never done yoke or Swiss bar. I think I get rewarded with beer and pizza though.
