77.5 x 3 Set PRs. hopefully hit 80kg / 175lbs in a couple of weeks. Supposed to be a light day but did a couple of backoff sets

Deadlift

140 x 5. 155 wouldn't budge. Form was a bit dodgy on 150 so took it down.
