About a 10 days in now... Hoping to see it kick in a little more... So far Morning Woods and deeper sleep is about the most I've got so far.
Week 4, Squats
Warm up 10min Treadmill
Paused Low Bar Squats - 10sec Pause
Calf Press - DC Style
Foam Roll and Stretching..
Decent workout.. Just worked on getting blood flow and good full ROM... The Top Squats are tough.. Take a little to get used to, but work well for an accessory lift.
The 10sec Paused squats where tougher then I thought they would be..lol
