Density training with pendlay rows. 30secs rest 75% 1RM. Form was solid, mind muscle connection, no jerking stuff. Low rep sets are good for this movements.

Some arm work. 3 x 12 42.5 kg Attempted chins but my lats were too pumped.

Birthday today. Last year of teens so i hope I can make next year a good lifting year also.
