Yes sir!!! Took me close to 2.5 hours. Lost sense of time in there. But like I said before, the 2 ON 2 OFF is working perfect. I'm resting enough to come back strong and I'm adding different exercise to attack weak points, some variation to don't get bored while keeping routine interesting but simple.
600/400/500 @198 WT class (40-44)
Only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far they can go!!!
