Thursday 5th December

Cardio. Conditioning sounds so much better.

1.77km in 13 miss on the treadmill. Hills and stuff

1.65km on the elliptical. Same deal. Of all the cardio machines, the elliptical is my least favourite. The bikes weren't working so I sucked it up.
