oK, cool.

My lower back is starting to feel little fatigued so I will aim to changes things up after I reach my goals (which I think I am well on track) Christmas isnt too far away, neither is a 100kg dead lift!

Thinking of Squating & dead lifting on separate days in some form of A/B full body routine, getting tired squatting every session, also getting a little tired of 5x5 for mains sets, Might aim for 3 x 8 -10
