Well my reason for doing SLDL's first, I kinda treat it like warm up sets before the Main dead lift,
so I would do the SLDL's then move on to 50kg standard dead lift and build up to the main set
Is this incorrect?
Ill probably be changing this once I hit my goal of 100kg dead lift anyway
