Upped the condense to 2 scoops and boy it made a difference. D-pol giving me hella pumps and condense is giving me the focus, energy, and drive to keep pushing. The weight seems like it's going up slower than it is but I think that's more conditioning related than it is anything. Overall really happy with Purus labs' products. We'll see where this goes!

- Felt good, looked good on video, would have liked it to have been a little deeper on a couple reps but I sank that last one good.
Bench - 135, 155, 190, 225, 250x5
- Felt good and strong, stronger than last week, a lot more controlled and shoulder wasn't hurting from squats yay.
Barbell Row - 135, 155, 175, 200, 230x5
